Madiha Latif and Kinza Latif are the two founders, two souls and two personalities of Zuria Dor. Madiha brings the business acumen and Kinza, the haute couture and voila, you have the two secret ingredients behind the powerhouse, Zuria Dor.
The sisters hail from a family background of entrepreneurs with their grandfather (the founder of BECO – now PECO post-nationalisation) being one of the renowned businessmen in engineering in Pakistan and recognized for his work and talent around the world. It is from their grandfather’s legacy that both sisters draw their ingenuity, determination, and ambition for Zuria Dor to be a global brand.

KINZA LATIF
Kinza who heads the creative design and manufacturing side of Zuria Dor, has a Bachelors in Product Design Engineering from University of Nottingham and a Masters in Innovation and Entrepreneurship from University of Warwick.
Kinza is always pushing herself and her team to design innovative, one-of-a-kind, tailored outfits that rise to the standards of the international fashion industry. Kinza believes that while experimenting in fashion is paramount to develop new products, it is also important to stay true to one’s roots and pay homage to and draw inspiration from the artisans that came before us.
Kinza offsets Madiha with her easy-going personality (yin and yang) as she navigates the hectic work-life balance with lots of midnight snacks and her little minion by her side.
MADIHA LATIF
Madiha, who handles the business front of Zuria Dor, has a Bachelors in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Surrey and a Masters in Technology Entrepreneurship from University College London.
Madiha has always been determined to make Pakistan a world-player and she is doing just that with Zuria Dor as an up-and-coming e-commerce business. She has a “why not us” attitude and is always on the hunt for the next best thing for Zuria Dor.
Though shorter than Kinza, Madiha packs a punch with her fiery persona, whether that means fighting for a better platform for Zuria Dor and Pakistan or beating her family and friends at Taboo – let the games begin!
