FAST TRACK ORDERS
When placing a fast-track order, it's important to note that a full upfront payment, covering both the order cost and any applicable delivery charges, is required to avoid delays in dispatch. This payment rule applies, unless there's a different agreement with the Company. Additionally, for fast-track orders, proof of the event date must be provided when the order is accepted. Fast-track orders are categorized into two types: bridal fast-track orders, which involve delivery within 90 calendar days or less, and formal fast-track orders, which entail delivery within 60 calendar days or less.
DELIVERY
Shipping charges depend on the weight of the item and the delivery location and estimates will be communicated with the client closer to dispatch date. Products shall be shipped FOB (Free on Board), such that risk of loss and title of products shall pass to the client upon delivery to the designated carrier. Actual couriers costs are subject to change at the discretion of the third party courier. Products are delivered via DHL internationally and via TCS within Pakistan. All related duties and taxes will be borne by the client. When an order is dispatched, we will send the client details for order tracking.
