As a social media specialist in a luxury fashion brand, your role would involve executing social media strategies to enhance the brand's online presence and engage with its audience effectively. This position will assist and contribute to the marketing team in achieving their goals and work alongside the Creative Lead and the Managing Partner.

How you will contribute:

  • Content Strategy and Scheduling: Develop and execute social media strategies that reflect the luxury brand's identity, values, and aesthetic. Work alongside the Creative Marketing team to produce compelling and visually captivating content, including photos, videos, and graphics, to showcase the brand's products, lifestyle, and unique selling points.
  • Platform Management: Manage the brand's presence on various social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn and possibly emerging platforms relevant to the luxury fashion audience. Regularly update content calendars, schedule posts, and engage with followers to maintain an active and vibrant community.
  • Audience Engagement: Cultivate meaningful interactions with followers, fostering a sense of exclusivity and luxury through personalised engagement, responses to comments, messages, and enquiries. Develop strategies to increase audience engagement, such as hosting Q&A sessions, and user-generated content campaigns.
  • Influencer Collaboration: Identify and collaborate with influencers, celebrities, and brand ambassadors whose image aligns with the luxury fashion brand's ethos. Develop and nurture relationships with influencers to create authentic and impactful partnerships that amplify brand reach and credibility.
  • Campaign Execution: Assist in the planning and execution of social media campaigns and activations, including product launches, exclusive previews, and brand events. Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution and alignment with overall marketing objectives.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyse key performance metrics across social media channels, such as engagement rate, reach, impressions, and conversion metrics. Provide regular reports and insights to evaluate campaign effectiveness, identify trends, and recommend optimisations for future initiatives.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay abreast of industry trends, social media best practices, and emerging technologies to inform social media strategies and content creation. Proactively identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation within the luxury fashion space.
  • Brand Advocacy: Act as a brand advocate across social media channels, embodying the brand's values and maintaining a consistent tone of voice and visual aesthetic. Uphold brand standards and guidelines in all communications and interactions with the audience.
  • Collaboration and Coordination: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, PR, e-commerce, and creative departments, to ensure alignment and integration of social media initiatives with broader brand initiatives and campaigns.
  • Crisis Management: Monitor social media channels for potential issues or crises that may arise, and respond promptly and tactfully to mitigate any negative impact on the brand's reputation.
